Thank you for your order. the majority of our orders are shipped via FedEx. You will receive tracking data from FedEx a day before it is scheduled to arrive. All shipments are insured. If due to some unfortunate accident something gets broken just let us know. Please save the box and contents in case FedEx wants to inspect them. Just drop us a email if you have a problem. If you would like early tracking numbers just let us know when you get my email telling you we have shipped your order. Customer satisfaction is our main goal. If you aren't satisfied in anyway please let us know.Ordering is just a quick e-mail or click on shopping cart. So simple it's funny. Try it. We are very informal. We try to please and above all have fun. 1. We now have a shopping cart you can use to order by Paypal, money order, and check. When you click on CHECK OUT you will see options available. You can now use your credit card on Paypal without having to register. This is for the ease of purchase by non-paypal members. 2. You may notice minor differences in shipping charges. We had to do this in order to make shopping cart work properly. OPTION 1 Pay pal. If you don't have a Paypal account there is a link for you to use your credit card without having to sign-up. OPTION 2 Money order or check. This order comes direct to us via email. You need to fill out the form provided to give us all the info to ship your items. 3. If you don't like shopping carts you can always just email us and do it the old-fashioned way. 4. Payment by check ..with checks items are held for 10 days 5. Payment by money order or certified check ..item ships promptly 6. Master card and Visa card holders can now pay using Paypal. Payment with any of credit card services will insure prompt shipping. Usually within 24 hours of payment notice by service. If you desire, I can send payment request invoice from any of the above services. This is a FREE and secure service. Link to Paypal is at the bottom of this page or my homepage. 7. Shipping on smaller items (3 lbs) are shipped priority mail. Larger items are shipped FedEx. Buyer can request the method of shipping preferred. Insurance is strongly suggested and included in total unless otherwise specified by buyer. If item is shipped via FedEx we need a street address. 8. All shipping charges are actual cost, no handling fee. We try to estimate as close as we can. Any questions about shipping, just ask. 9.
